With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Shipping & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Shipping & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please let us know. We can only accept online returns on a case by case basis, call to determine elgibilty. If approved for a return ship via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). In store returns are accepted at staffs discretion when in new condition, with the original packaging, and a reciept. All returned merchandise will be subject to a restocking fee.

The tight is ideal for training, riding, and even commuting in cool dry conditions.
It is made from Castelli’s Thermoflex fabric, which was a breakthrough in cool weather lycra when it was first released. The fabric offers superb warmth due to the loft on the inside that traps just the right amount of air against the skin to keep your temperature regulated. The high stretch of the fabric paired with the Entrata’s reduced seamed patterning keep comfort levels high.
Castelli’s Kiss Air2 seat pad offers just the right amount of padding whilst maintaining great moisture management properties. Favored by many of the pros, it is slightly less voluminous than the Progetto X2.
