With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritized (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or dispatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Prelaunch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Preorders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address for the item you are interested in, and we will email you as soon as stock arrives in the system.
Estimated Shipping & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indicative purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on information given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavor to update the Estimated Shipping & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
If there’s a problem with a product that you purchased from us, please let us know. We can only accept online returns on a case by case basis, call to determine elgibilty. If approved for a return ship via Ground UPS or insured US Mail (we do not accept CODs). In store returns are accepted at staffs discretion when in new condition, with the original packaging, and a reciept. All returned merchandise will be subject to a restocking fee.

The Squadra Stretch Jacket is Castelli's entry-level wind jacket, and it has been completely re-engineered to offer a simple and elegant solution than performs even better.
The body and the front of the sleeves are now made from a coated ripstop nylon to keep the wind off your core and the most exposed sections of your arms whilst riding. The side panels and back of the sleeves are made from a tightly knit stretch fabric that provides the perfect close-to-body fit and introduces ventilation to the jacket so you don't overheat or get that "boil in the bag" feeling.
A high collar provides some welcome protection for your neck. Reflective details help keep you seen in low light. The jacket packs down small and will take up minimal room in a jersey pocket.
